A refund may be considered if a substantial technical issue prevents the core functionality of the service from being used for an extended period of time and our team is unable to provide a reasonable solution within an appropriate timeframe.

- Incorrect billing amounts;

c. First-Time Subscription Refund
Customers purchasing a paid subscription for the first time may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that:

- There is no evidence of abuse, excessive consumption, or misuse of the platform;
- The customer has not violated our Terms of Service.
Non-Refundable Situations

Recurring Subscriptions

Customers will continue to have access to paid features until the end of their active subscription term.
